Point being he actually manages to turn that around here and tell us, in simple terms, why Trump was able to get so much done in his relations with other countries and alliances. Of particular note are those posh philosophers at NATO, who were cornered into paying more (400mil in fact) because in Graham's words "they were afraid of saying no."
