I think that’s possible for some, based more on their orders taken or given ie premeditated slaughter and the extent to which they’re read in. For all the others, it’s plain old iatrogenesis. Involuntary suicide. Also known as medical malfeasance. In some contexts, corporate manslaughter. But always mass murder, crimes against humanity. All the way up to blood sacrifice.
