is it possible he is referring to actually helping Ukrainian citizens and not the corrupted government? and that the tanks will instigate some outcome that benefits that end? if this exact tweet came from Trump we'd assume something along these lines. admittedly Pompeo is quite a bit more questionable in terms of his motives, but just an alternative take on his tweet

Lol at thinking that a bunch of tanks that will arrive in more than a year will do JACK SHIT besides burning.

This isn't iraq. 60000 artillery projectiles are fired by Russia on the battlefield EVERY DAY. This is akin to the Eastern Front in 1943-44.

And the us doesn't have the industrial capacity to fight an industrial war anymore. Not that it should, since it decided to fight ON THE NAZI SIDE.
