Russia isn't paying $10 Million per tank, or $35 Million per airplane.

For some reason... they can produce comparable equipment for 1/12th the price.

Perhaps the Military Industrial Complex, Pentagon bribes and all the political payoffs tend to over-inflate our military equipment costs?
