Clarification is in order.
This comment is fine but many patriots are letting those of the victimhood culture lifestyle redefine the word victim for them, as the left rewrites the dictionary on a daily basis.
If you get mugged on the street—knocked unconscious and robbed—the fact is you are a victim of that crime. Admitting to this normal, mainstream usage of 'victim' doesn't make you lazy, a whiner, or a bad person.
Individuals who get raped are victims of that violent offense.
If a drunk driver runs over your foot and crushes 12 bones, you are a victim of that driver's decision to drink and drive. There's nothing you can do about it. It just is a fact.
And if an evil barbarian government deliberately slaughters millions of American men, women and children, locks up churches and businesses, and sets fire to the Bill of Rights, guess what. You can say only the inferior stupid ones who got the pseudovaccine or wore the muzzle are victims, and YOU aren't a victim of the most horrific crime ever committed in world history; but yes, you are, because words still mean things. As OP rightly points out, we are all united by the hideous and grotesque criminal offenses committed by the govt and doctors against us. There is tremendous latent power in that unity, in our being united against the deepstate criminals.
None of the above makes you a "victim" in the sense of living the victimhood culture lifestyle, where your life's entire focus becomes "Poor me, I'm such a victim now, the whole central focus of my life is all about how I got mugged or got run over that one time."
That's a different sense of the word victim, which doesn't apply to you or me or any of us independent-minded patriots.
