By LED truck they mean a truck with an actual LED screen by the side of it, they are running the "directed evolution" video on repeat apparently.

I mean, it would have been pretty funny if they just had a huge freaking spotlight pointed at pshizer HQ, but I'm sure there must be some sort of legal issues with that approach.
