Why Is The U.S. So Openly Advertising A Ship Carrying Tanks To Ukraine? Can anyone sense a False Flag?

The most convenient port would be Odessa, except that I doubt that Erdogan would let that ship through the Dardanelles. So yeah, there is the issue of transport overland (and mountain ranges, on transporters), which makes the convoy a flaming target - not comfy. Furthermore, there is the FF issue, to provide NATO with a reason to put official boots on the ground.
I believe this 'moving' military vehicles thingie is too visible - everyone is now looking. What are they really doing? As another anon just pointed out: Why move them from USA when those vehicles are all over Europe? But then many of the European tanks/APCs are in a shocking state of disrepair - and supplying those to Ukraine would mean depleting stocks in the rest of Europe, only to have them blown up in the first week. The donor countries then would be 'defenseless against Russian aggression' even though they already were defenseless with that rotting equipment, and Russia does not intend anything of the sort.
Why is the US military not putting its foot down, with this nonsense of foreign entanglements? In the end, what they are doing is covering Biden's ass, who was meddling with large amounts of money in Ukraine. Why is the military putting up with it?
It's a head scratcher all right.
