Burgers (real beef, no added fillers etc) with good bakery buns and fries (done simply, made with hand cut potatoes, olive oil, sat and pepper and baked) and real toppings such as Cheddar, Swiss, etc no fake cheese. Nothing processed. One can dream..
Mexican food! Hands-down. This is the best food, and I could eat it daily. People love it! I grew up in Southern California, and I can’t go a week without eating Mexican food in some form. Also, it’s easy to prepare, and easy to eat. Tacos and burritos could be eaten in hand. I’m going to say everybody loves chips and salsa, but I guess there’s a few out there who don’t. But seriously… Nachos come on! Well, I’m living in Kauai, there’s a little food truck that shows up down at Hanalei Bay. You never know when it’s going to be there, so sometimes I just drive down there to get these little five dollar tacos. They’re the best.
Chorizo + potatoes + eggs scrambled together and placed inside a flour or corn tortilla of your choice. Add a little bit of hot sauce, salt and pepper. Breakfast of Champions!!
