It's time for the Smithsonian to learn a good lesson here. I've never favored the Smithsonian due to their history of censorship and hiding historical treasure.

Years ago I was lucky enough to schedule an appointment with and meet the late Dr Rufino Mauricio, Director of the Federated States of Micronesia Office of National Archives, Culture & Historic Preservation. I met with him to discuss the ancient ruins of Nan Madol of which he was the world's leading expert. He told me a story that day of decades earlier finding a very large vertebrae (in an underground room at the ruins) and sending it to the Smithsonian for analysis. They contacted him months later saying it was only a whale vertebrae. they also said they were going to keep it. The legend of Nan Madol says the extraordinary structures were built by twin brother giants...

The findings of these remains are too numerous. One has too wonder. This story is yet another one involving the Smithsonian.

Interesting.... sounds about right for the Smithsonian. They've done more harm than good.
