That's a great catch. Could very well be. My only thought is that the person in the pictures is heavier than the person in the video. Heavier through the jawline.

okay so i watched a little of it and around 12:08 he's talking and a little animated and so with him moving i think he looks like the thumbs up guy in the video. Just the way he holds his head and how his jaw looks when he speaks. The hairline is 100%. I think you may have a winner!

Hmm... just to throw my hat in the ring here... I checked it out a few times... the first few I wasn't seeing it but when I slowed it down and put it in full screen, then played back again and stopped at a different spot in the thumbs up motion... it DID ACTUALLY look a bit more like him....
The biggest difference I'm seeing is the hair, he looks like he has brown hair with grey around the edges of the hairline... also the nose (what you can make out) may be a bit different as well...
But it's pretty close... and very interesting... good find!
