The "shot" messaging has been going on for a while. Assassination seems to be the implication. Makes sense hearing "shot." But also consider "shot" as in, getting a shot, the shot... an injection. Consider Heracles. Consider much cleaner, less suspicious caused death... trigger a ticking time bomb that's already inside one's body...
