Not trying to imply that you're wrong, but if Russia had discovered that for whatever, covid was for some reason engineered to go after Russian genes, they would have gone to the UN, blasting that information everywhere. Then after probably getting ignored, because Russian man bad, they may have just gone after the labs anyway. Invade the labs, arrest all personnel, then destroy all "specimens" with plasma.
They have presented it to the UN with documents and evidence, they wouldn't entertain it.
I'm a bit low on the information around it, but deffo saw they made several representations about it to the UN. I'll try and grab some more info for you.
