No one would risk lawsuit and losing their license to sneak someone a shot. No one who isn’t criminally insane at least. It also would take time (these shots aren’t just laying ready to use in every hospital room) and be a massive pain in the ass, most medical staff in the hospital don’t have time to eat their lunch.
