Don't they have 24/7 ATM access to unlimited U.S. taxpayer money via Brandon?

I mean, before the war started and what they can provide on their own, without western support.

Ukraine's internal defense budget is less than 1/10th that of Russia. They had some aid from NATO before the special military operation, but nothing like the scale of what they are receiving now.
