So.... It is 4:13 in the AM. I have not been to sleep, which is kinda normal. BUT... I am sitting on the floor in my bathroom with my pregnant cat whom I think is going into labor. She has two nesting boxes in here, plus I made her a spot under the sink. She wants to sit on the floor with me. :-/ :-)
P.S. Anyone want a kitten? LOL
Lack of magnesium is a cause of not sleeping. Most people are deficient and it' was called the lamp of life..it's so necessary.
I started taking that at night, but it made me go to the restroom.
I have heard magnesium glycinate is the best one for sleep, while magnesium citrate might stimulate the bowels.
