Lack of magnesium is a cause of not sleeping. Most people are deficient and it' was called the lamp of life..it's so necessary.
Topical applications are best: melt Mg crystals to make the "oil", just keep off broken skin or it will sting. Heals sprains, arthritis too. Only need a couple of drops.
I started taking that at night, but it made me go to the restroom.
I have not tried those. I am going to check it out.
She DID NOT have her kittens!!!! About 5:30, I told her that she was on her own. She was Milking Me - No pun intended - for all I was worth. Needless to say, she went and got on her couch and went to sleep. I went to my couch and watched T.V. I am still awake. I am pretty sure that I will be asleep pretty soon!

I have heard magnesium glycinate is the best one for sleep, while magnesium citrate might stimulate the bowels.

Why do you need to rest in a room if you are already asleep?
I take 300mg magnesium before bed every night. In the morning after I wake I have a right good dump. Keeps me regular!
I take 2 200mg gummies, works like a charm for sleep and regularity.
