On January 13, 2018, a false ballistic missile alert was issued via the Emergency Alert System and Commercial Mobile Alert System over television, radio, and cellphones in the U.S. state of Hawaii. Q made reference to this event before it happened: DEFCON 1 Marker (future proves past). POTUS also made an unplanned stop in HI after his Asia trip in 2017 to prevent other vehicles from regaining entry (unsolved).
