It's how I first learned about "earthing," putting your bare feet to the grass and soil.

My first thought was "The fuck is this bullshit?"

My second thought was "...On the other hand, so much other fake-sounding shit has been revealed to be the absolute truth, so maybe I should give that a shot..."

For the record, I don't think my attempts had any real effect other than attracting ants. But I kept an open mind, and that's what mattered.
