The ones I've seen from Pfizer do not name any particular drug - they just say things like "Ask your doctor if Covid drugs are right for you" (words to that affect) so it seems like they are putting the onus of telling the patient of harmful side effects on the doctors.
Maybe, but the dead are also less likely to take boosters.
I have noticed commercials that now look like they are being put out by Pfizer rather than surrogates. But there is no mandatory side effect warnings.
