I wouldn’t mind betting that somewhere along the way Klaus Schwab is related to Swiss “ architectural pioneer “ Le Corbusier.
His model was tested extensively in the UK in the post war years and failed miserably.
I can’t see any reason to think that an updated version would be any different.
Le Corbusier created a Anatole-Schwob Villa - perhaps there is a connection to Schwab, Anatole Schwob was a swiss watch maker.
I’ve just read that. Sometimes it is printed as Schwab.
I thought of Le Corbusier as a “father figure” after remembering an exhibition I visited some years ago.
It really is the most depressing form of architecture. Then I read that he had similar ideas to Schwab a century ago.

Corbusier was a dip shit and maniac who basically advocated for… sprawl! He hated traditional towns and walkable streets and wanted basically skyscrapers connected by highways, not small American streets or a neighborhood built around a central green with a school building in the middle. Just look back at how we used to build before ww2 and that’s the idea
