A 43-year-old man who "took impeccable care of his health" fell to the court in the middle of a tennis match and was unable to be revived.

Says he lifted weights, was "huge" and looked like "a body builder". Was on blood pressure medication and was regularly playing cardio intense tennis. Also no idea what he might've been taking to get huge. Even without the vax that all sounds like a lot to take on for his heart.
