According to the USGS, Turkey has had five large earthquakes in the past 24 hours. 7.8, 7.5, 6.8, 6.0 & 6.0.

Since that fault line is definitely moving, the next major quakes to watch for would be along the Red Sea, Sinai Penninsula, Eastern Israel (Dead Sea, Jordan river valley) and the East African Rift.

It was felt in Israel and there are videos of people fleeing their homes in the middle of the night. Also Alex Christoforou mentions that where he is in Cypress, he said it lasted a good minute.
