Seems like if we went back to traditional farming techniques instead of placing 75k birds in a large warehouse we wouldn’t have to worry about a fire killing all the birds. 2 hens per household would produce enough eggs for most families. What we have done with food production is just foolish when you take the 30k view.
As a guy that has lived in a city all his life, I'll second that. I'd love to be able to work on something that can actually feed me.
