If they already had the vaccine, they already had the virus ready to go. You don't make a 100K doses of a vaccine you don't intend to use. His neck should already have been fitted with a noose, and so should all those involved.
This slow walk shit is costing people their lives in multiple ways including wars, vaccines, suicide, and murder.
