Get rid of anchor babies while you're at it. Stupidest law that worked in 1840 but just encourages 3rd world caravans to migrate today

That "law" did not exist in 1840.

The 14th Amendment was "passed" (not really) in 1868.

It was not used for anchor baby nonsense until 100 years later.
