Generally, offenses which are considered by both the country requesting extradition and Thailand to be:
A crime punishable by death, or
A crime punishable by imprisonment of one year or more

Thailand could request the arrest and extradition of Pfizer's management for trial. Does anyone think the Southern District of NY will deny extradition requests?
