Exactly. It's just so frustrating these arrogant "know it all". We don't know anything...but I've heard abt HAARP for years so maybe where there's smoke, there's fire.
There's not even smoke. It's the conspiracy theorists who are trying to raise smoke. A classic example of paranoid fear of unknown (to them) technology.
If a slip strike fault is under a lot of built up pressure, it may take a nudge rather than the entire force of the earthquake to get the thing to release.

Yeah so refresh my memory, what’s the average time for a conspiracy theorist to be proven right?
Plenty of empty conspiracy theories. No guarantee that any will be "proven right."

Its speeding up. 9/11 took years but I think this vagina cloud weather weapon one will be weeks
Why? Why call it vagina cloud?
They are merely asking questions.
I personally am old school and think it's just nature doing stuff, and HAARP is still unbelievable but I'm not shutting down the possibility either.
To what result? Cloud-seeding was old hat in the 1960s. Lots of effort for marginal results.
That's the logic with deciding to accept that HAARP can email earthquakes to countries around the world?
There is a lot of evidence for this one actually. It’s even in some of the Wikileaks.

Not plausible. Calculate the power requirements.
Heh heh, Catsfive covering HAARP in a separate topic folks. Very in-depth.
