This article is spot on...absolutely correct info... I only use virgin coconut oil processed by natural methods from the Phillipines and grass fed butter and rare olive oil. I highly recommend the company Tropical Traditions...I buy it by the gallon...the owner is a wonderful patriot..here is a link...
