It’s about time this happened but if taxpayers continue to foot the bill for all these lawsuits, are the policing agencies really feeling the punishment?

We're working and living in a massively big corrupt system. It's not going to be worked out in a year, or 5. For me, the important thing is to see the wins, even if they are small, and celebrate them.
