Personally, my diet is incredibly fine tuned. I have a pretty extensive supplement and tea routine. However, I eat for nutrition and longevity, not aesthetics. I think if people realized there is a happy medium between fitness culture and the unhealthy status quo, things would get a lot better. The problem is that the (cabal run) industry pushes aesthetics as the metric and has clouded personal fitness with elements from the toxic side of bodybuilding/fitness culture. This is especially obvious on the women's side of things. Women can be 20% body fat and be 100% healthy (healthier even) but the industry keeps pushing the shred. Same thing for men, they push fat acceptance and happy at every size for women but men are still pushed images that make them body dysmorphic and willing to risk their lives on anything from daily preworkouts to sarms or steroids because the image of what a fit man is completely unrealistic
The cabal poisons you with TV, seed oils, preservatives, pesticides, etc.
I agree not everyone needs to shred 24/7 but there's no reason for people to be overweight or sickly like the trannies in this video. People like this are likely eating unhealthy and/or not exercising and living their life through a TV.
A health-minded community is what needs to come back, not people bragging about themselves.
Working out to master your body (and mind and spirit) is healthy. Working out to brag is not. There is a difference.
Look back at photos of crowds of people in the 1950s and before, we should be looking like that. That is how humans naturally look unlike now.
