Bought the bark 2 years ago and we make our own tonic water sugar free with erythritol. AWESOME. Funny I just made another batch today. Just be careful when using the bark. Follow the instructions.
You mean you make fizz water? Add Co2? I was just thinking about trying this, yesterday. Does the tonic water taste reasonably ok? I use stevia, I suppose that will be just as good as erythritol.

Tastes great. bark comes with recipe. I use 25% of the final mix with 75% soda.
That is one of the great stories of humanity, it was nearly discovered more than a few times, but in the end it was.
