This speech could DIRECTLY involve Joe, Hunter, OBAMA, CIA, and Pentagon in creating/funding nuclear projects in Ukraine and/or bring evidence of bio-weapons in Ukraine and funding by the Bidens.

I imagine Putin’s smirk while basically saying “Fuck Around and Find Out”.
