hehe...Honestly, I don't know how to do it. I suspect it is multiple additional refinement steps that can be figured out either through study or experimentation. We should start seeing some independent refining LLCs pop up soon, and if gas prices rocket the "black market" for refined fuel will become lucrative indeed.
