Thank you! I didn't see the sotu but someone posted a longer video and I know see what you mean. The glasses on that person made the monobrow I saw when it all went wonky. I'm going to delete the thread now.
Just look at Fox News or the other feeds. There is a person there next to Buttigieg. This video is just wonky.
