TDLR: It is a fake contract, and sheeple being tricked without recourse in Contractual Law.
In order for a contract to be valid where the supplier takes on liability, there has to be an "exchange" where the someone pays for the good offered by the supplier.
Although I do recognize that from business contract law you are correct in your assessment.
There are aspects of law wherein the harmful effects and outcomes caused by the vaccines would not negate the vaccine provider from liability.
For instance if I were to prepare food at my own cost and I chose to use rotten or rancid food or if I prepared the food in a way which introduced a pathogen /contaminant (salmonella) due to my negligent preparation method or if I prepared the food as the vaccine companies choose to prepare vaccines ( ie to intentionally add known biological poisons and harmful materials to the product). If I hand out my tainted food product for free and people are injured or die from consuming said food then I legally would have liability for the injury or death I had caused.
Now I realize in America, the vaccine companies have been indemnified through congressional law and our government (by the public), but if we prove fraud these barriers may yet be removed and therein I believe the public may yet have a legitimate case to sue for the damagecaused.r
Correct. Just pointing out that they intentionally manipulated the situation to avoid the obvious form of liability if they truly were doing it "for our protection". Not liable per contract law, but clearly liable under other types of law.
Also, if it was highly effective and truly worked, economics of demand would indicate astronomical prices to get it. Valuable product in low supply should not be free, even with go'vt subsidies. Black market should have developed, and not clear that it did.
I am raising awareness on this because the cabal appears to be Trust Law (asset protection) and Contract Law (commercial contracts in the form of Roman Civil Law/UCC) experts. And this gives them cover in state courts and DC courts ( Article I).
However, they are extremely vulnerable per Constitutional Law/Common Law enforcement at the Federal District, Circuit, and SC levels (Article III). Not just a chink in the armor, it is a missing metal plate where we can target for the kill.
