She said her father worshipped Satan and that the group indoctrinated their children by putting them in a cage with a small cuddly animal, in a dark place and leaving them there with minimal water and food and no where to use the restroom. Then a few days later they would perform a ritual where they would bring the child and the animal out, kill the animal, cut out it's heart and make the child eat it. That kind of shit is not fixable. The child will have bonded to the animal during their time in the cage...
This lady never did any cultish stuff other than claim she had visions, but she caused several problems with other renters, and came in drunk and drugged took off her pants and panties grabbed her toes and wiggled her ass at me. She was definitely not my type and I had a GF at the time as well as her having a BF. I didn't have sex with her, I'm in control not my pecker. I ended up having to toss her out, she caused problems to a great renter and ran my electric bill up more than the rent I charged her.

Yeah, that was 30 years ago, Long before Trevon Martian and Zimmerman. Sanford has had a corrupt police dept. and is a very odd town. Could only find people to rent rooms by the week there and what a cast of characters.

I had a renter who helped a much younger lady leave her abusive husband, he rented an apt. nearby and lived with her there, but still paid rent on the room he rented from me. Later she moved to South Florida and would come every two weeks to get money from the guy. He always asked me if it was ok for her and her kids to stay the night and of coarse I let him. Odd fellow was into platonic relationships.
My troublesome renter made trouble one night for him. I worked security at the Dog Track on third shift and when I went in the second shift guy was drunk and told me he would cover my shift so I went back home. Maisey was ranting and raving and screaming at the closed door with the dude, his lady friend, and three kids. I listen to her for 2 minutes then told her. Shut the F up and go in your room, move out when you get paid, you are terrifying the kids
I've worked in Orlando a few times and passed through Sanford, mostly for the auto train, always got weird vibes from it. Orlando quickly became a freaky place, very divided between the shiny side and the seedy side. Sanford, to me, always seemed seedy.
