Step One: Be somebody in the military industrial complex and or the Pentagon who doesn’t agree with UFO disclosure.

Step Three: Let them be shot down and then immediately in public express confusion about what they are. Collect any physical evidence from the crashed debris and hide it.

Step Four: Come out later with strong video evidence supporting the theory that they were all just a new type of advanced balloon.
