I think occams razor would suggest the latter.

Why would they attack China? They are the next super power being built up to run the NWO and replace USA.

Q even tells us straight up that they earthquaked an entire nuclear facility under a mountain in NK burying all the scientists.

We have an entire Q post where he confirms earthquake tech 100%
