Also drinking water bottles lowers you PH keeping your body less alkaline to fight off cancers.....same with Sodas and all processed drinks really.........We are what we eat.
And if we are slopping down on the food "they" created for us
We are the fuckin cattle.
Didn't know about water bottles. Just store bought water? What bout tap? Prob best is tap with a water filter?
Most bottled water has an acidic pH. I would test it myself if you plan on drinking bottled water. Most municipal tap water is alkaline to prevent erosion of the water supply lines that is caused by an acidic pH. My filtered tap water has a pH of 7.8. The bottled water I used to drink tested at 6.5 pH. I was livid when i tested it!
Interesting. Do you take any supplements to make your body more alkaline?
Just throwing it out there, but daily take a shot of apple cider vinegar w quarter teaspoon of baking soda after reading several yrs ago it was good for human PH?
Not anything specifically for lowering pH just for overall health to the immune system. I do avoid things like sodas (Coke, Pepsi, etc.) as much as possible since they have a pH of like 2.5 or 3. Still have one every now and then. Bad habits die hard I guess.
It's most things in bottles and cans......water needs to be stirred or aerrated....especially if sitting for long time. Stagnant water..generally is acidic PH. I drink reverse osmosis water. But to be transparent I keep reef aquariums and use the RODI system for that water
I would agree with you that most drinking water is bad, however what comes out of the tap is equally as bad (depends on where you live). They add nasty chemicals like fluoride and chlorine, it flows from lead-based pipes and the source is - who knows? So I buy the best bottle water I can find with a high pH and I find it hydrates me more.
You can buy a reverse osmosis unit pretty cheaply....infact there is a filter similar to Britta called Zerowater? I think? I tested the water after the filtering of it....and it took my municipal shitty old ass pipes city water from 250ppm total dissolved solids......down to 3ppm. And its a cheap filter too. Like a Britta. $38 for the 1 gallon one
