Most bottled water has an acidic pH. I would test it myself if you plan on drinking bottled water. Most municipal tap water is alkaline to prevent erosion of the water supply lines that is caused by an acidic pH. My filtered tap water has a pH of 7.8. The bottled water I used to drink tested at 6.5 pH. I was livid when i tested it!
Just throwing it out there, but daily take a shot of apple cider vinegar w quarter teaspoon of baking soda after reading several yrs ago it was good for human PH?
Not anything specifically for lowering pH just for overall health to the immune system. I do avoid things like sodas (Coke, Pepsi, etc.) as much as possible since they have a pH of like 2.5 or 3. Still have one every now and then. Bad habits die hard I guess.

Interesting. Do you take any supplements to make your body more alkaline?

Baking soda is what the old lady on a youtube video said her mother gave her in the 1918 flu epidemic.
None of them got sick and they tended to sick neighbors.
A little baking soda each morning. I think it was 1/2 a teaspoon.
