I read most of it but as far as a homogenous or covalent bonding process related to absorbed graphene oxide biologically and introduction of Chlorine, it wasnt apparent this could be possible based on the evaluation presented in that document. Also would be completely unknown what the reaction would be biologically if the introduced chlorine base to graphene would be.
