I'm saying can they get to the basic database level of chemical information just to make the chemicals (plural) released after the train crash to make it look less harmful than it may be? Not really because of the amount of MSDS hard copies. What WOULD be pretty easy, considering the resources at their disposal, is changing the train's manifest and placarding on the cars to show a different material being transported than what is actually in the car.
