Ummm... how fucking stupid are people?
They act like owning stock in a company is somehow the same as controlling and running it. NO. The executives of NS are responsible for the actions of the company - not people that own NS stock.
Given that, NS should be sued out of existence for this disaster... but saying that people or entities that own shares of NS should "be held accountable" is just plain STOOPID.
End of rant.
