I’m living proof that’s true. Things were so bad many days it was a real struggle to get out of bed. Worked with a functional dr who looks at root causes instead of masking symptoms with more meds. Been 1.5 years, no more pain, no more meds, no more foggy brain, no more inflammation! Over 60 and feel better than I have felt in 30 years. Very cautious to investigate ingredients now. Not just food but cosmetics, personal care, home cleaners, etc. Found the website www.thinkdirty.com extremely helpful.
I've suspected this.
I look for unscented when possible.
I no longer use perfume because the ingredients are all fake.
None of this is surprising and this scenario plays out over and over again...different chemical...different detrimental effects. That white women are targeted would not be surprising either. From top to bottom our households deliver toxic products to us nonstop...in the living environment, building products, carpets, lighting, clothing, food, cleaning products, personal care items, medicines/drugs...it really never ends.
People just need to become educated...or not...because our lives do depend on how much of this we are exposed to . There are books available that help people to create a non-toxic living environment...but everything takes effort, time and commitment and most are not willing to make those sacrifices.
Wasn’t this the plot of Michael Keaton’s first Batman movie in the late 80’s / early 90’s?
That's raciss!
No brands listed. Are we not supposed to use tampons?
Avoid scented tampons or personal pads and scented toilet paper.
Yes it’s always a good rule of thumb.
