I expect this will cost the railroad at least 2.5 Billion. They have to pay for deaths, injuries, farm land deemed unusable, water contamination, environmental and pollution damage, displacing families, houses deemed unfit for habitation and livestock killed or injured. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING!
