Why isnt the name of the Cargo carrier who owned the chemicals that were deliberately set on fire known? FYI: I did Google and came up with nothing but vague regurgitated news articles and only the name of the transport companies NOT who owns the actual cargo B.O.L. THIS is the reason I ask.
