Have you.? I was thinking that 20miles is quite a way out but maybe it was klms? Still the carriage was well alight and with the speed it was travelling, it was like a bomb on wheels. The flames were coming from underneath and going up the sides. Do they not have some kind of detector or alarm on the train, especially carrying this type of dangerous goods? Something is not adding up.
The detectors are on the side of the road, and they check the temperature of the wheels when the train goes by. It's fairly common from videos I've seen.
They are supposed to have sensors for these things alongside the tracks. It happens pretty often, maybe the sensor malfunctioned or was disabled.
I've seen YouTube videos on this.
