So vegetables contain anti-nutrients according to studies. Are we not designed to eat vegetables or are they getting cancer from pesticides on the vegetables?
Dietician here. Probably cancer from being malnourished and a weakened immune system. Veggies do have anti nutrients like phytates, lectins, oxalates, tannins, etc. Humans evolved to be meat heavy omnivores.

Are there any veggies that don't have anti-nutrients?
Im not sure entirely. I think the ones I consume are generally okay since I researched them before.
Avocados, berries, peppers, celery, lettuce, broccoli (has some, but also has DIMM/I3C so I think its okay).
I eat low carb so that has an influence as well.
