Break an arm on one side and a leg on the other. Just make sure that the arm is dislocated and needs to be put back in place...VERY PAINFUL EXPERIENCE FOR ONE WHO NEEDS A LESSON!!! Also, a lateral kick to the knee...OUCH!!!

lateral knee kick is reserved for larger specimens.........Since it is indeed so devastating. Also not to exclude the actual throat punch.....and my all time favorite. Liver strike.
