Poor kid. That could have easily been me. I was a scrawny kid and skipped 2 grades, so I get what he must be going through. And WTF with the bully? That "kid" looks like he's too old to be drafted. A lot of middle schools will have 16 y.o. flunkouts that keep getting held back.
Hell, I have heard of 18 y.o. 8th graders who keep flunking and get held back. In some leftist states they can't kick a "kid" out of school until he is 21 or over. That's what the left calls the "school to prison pipeline". During the Obama years it became more difficult to kick them out or even suspend them, especially if they were black or hispanic.
Having "kids" like that in a middle school is dangerous and irresponsible. If that poor kid has any kind of injury I hope the parents sue the shit out of that middle school. Something tells me that this is far from the bully's first rodeo and there is a history of problems the school just chose to ignore.
